Xelenz Education Hiring for Coordinator and Quality Assurance Executive (FEMALE) for Online Ed Tech at Remote Full Time

Position:

Coordinator and Quality assurance Executive – Female candidates only

Reporting to the Account manager

Requirements for the job role :

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating with Educators and Parents for operational activity
• Educator Quality Management

– Managing Xelenz processes across the team and Teachers to ensure the quality of delivery.

– Class room Video Watching to ensure quality standards are maintained

– Performance Review updates with Teachers & ensure quality

– Training New Educators regarding Quality Process, Classroom Etiquettes and Portal Training

• Online Portal User Database Management

– Creating User info for Parents and Batches for Students in portal

– Overseeing progress trackers of Educators and Students

– Communicating about Student Progress to Parents

• Delegating task to appropriate team members
• Tele Calling as and when required to follow up leads

Candidates’ Preferred Experience and Attributes:

• Should be a graduate.

• Should have min 2 years of Teaching or working experience in school

• Should have sound Computer, Excel and Google sheet knowledge

• Should be able to maintain secular, compassionate and calm decorum

• Should be able to manage grievance redressal & issue resolution in coordination with stakeholders.

• Should understand the pulse of the company while taking actions.

Requirements for the job role :

• Internet Connectivity & Power Backup
• Broadband internet for stable connectivity to join & monitor sessions on Zoom
• Phone internet connectivity for WhatsApp communication with parents, educator etc.
• Laptop with sufficient power backup
• Mobile calling charges will be covered by Xelenz

Job Types: Full-time, Evening Shift

Timing : 2.00 PM IST to 10.00 PM IST

Salary: ₹22,000 (18K during 3 months probation period, subject to qualification and relevant experience)
