The Snowflake Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data warehousing solutions using the Snowflake platform.

They play a crucial role in optimizing data storage, performance, and data accessibility to support the organization’s business goals.

Location :- Pune , Mumbai, Chennai

. Data Architecture: Design and develop Snowflake data warehousing solutions to meet the organization’s data needs. This includes creating data models, schemas, and optimizing data structures.

2. Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources into the Snowflake platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes as needed.

3. Performance Tuning: Optimize Snowflake for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Monitor and fine-tune the system to ensure it meets performance expectations.

4. Security: Implement and maintain data security measures, access controls, and data encryption to protect sensitive information.

5. Data Governance: Define and enforce data governance policies and best practices within the Snowflake environment to ensure data quality, compliance, and data lineage.

6. Capacity Planning: Monitor and manage resource utilization and capacity planning within Snowflake to ensure it meets the organization’s growing data needs.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure Snowflake solutions align with business objectives.

8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Snowflake architecture, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

9. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on Snowflake’s features, capabilities, and best practices. Keep abreast of emerging trends in cloud data warehousing and analytics.

· Proven experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

· Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling and administration. ?

· Proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

· Excellent communication and collaboration

skills.

· Data security and compliance knowledge.

· Certifications in Snowflake or related fields can be a plus.
