Project description

Candidate will be the part of Metadata engineering group. we have a good volume data which are ingested into our data pipeline through various mechanism and finally data sit into content warehouse. Lot of services are running to process data/ and running BOB rules to enrich the data. And finally, data got served to customer based on customer agreement. We are using RabbitMQ as a messaging system in this pipeline and multiples tech stack used for building various component.

Metadata Customers are worldwide, and they are spread across LTAM, EU and NA regions.

Entire Metadata engineering is based out of Bangalore with few architects and complete business owners working out of US office

Production support team are based out in US and Bangalore and covering 24/7 support

Job purpose:

Candidate will be part of Metadata Production Support team and he will closely be monitoring production environment and share his valuable thoughts/ and suggestion to improve quality which will help us to reduce P1 and more customer satisfaction.

Here’s what you get to do:

Candidate will be part of PS Team and he will take part in On Call support based on rotation. On Call will start at morning 7 AM IST to Evening 7 PM IST. He will get extra allowance when he will support. And he should also take part in weekend support base on rotation. For weekends – Candidate will get comp off plus allowance.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking a Candidate who is having good experience in Support/ or ready to work on Support work/ On Call. We are looking basic skills of SQL/ C Sharp SSIS (good if have)

Overview of recruitment process
