Job Description
Alongside other panel executives , you will be part of an global team which strives to supports the rest of the company in delivering innovative and robust research solutions by utilizing our proprietary panel of over 10 million people.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a confident communicator and a great team player who is able to pick up new systems and programming languages quickly. This is an exciting new chapter for YouGov and we are looking for a candidate who is demonstrably enthusiastic about becoming part of that.
What will I be delivering?
To take complex feasibility requests from researchers and respond with a detailed, well thought out sampling solution in an accurate and timely manner.
Using experience to liaise with internal clients, advising on best practice and assisting with problem solving.
To manage multiple projects in field, ensuring all are progressing and liaising with internal clients with proactive solutions if a different approach is required.
Management of own workload to ensure that deadlines are met and standards are achieved.
To assist the senior members of the team in implementing any new solutions for improved efficiency within the workflow
To maintain excellent record administration so as to have an accurate log of work carried out as part of the service
To ensure all reporting and management requests are accurate and delivered on time
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience
At least 2 years of related working experience
Ability to deal with problems that are varied and require analysis or interpretation of the situation, by using knowledge and skills, and general precedents and practices
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills, particularly in the ability to explain technical points to non-technical people
Technical skills and qualifications
Knowledge and hands on experience of sampling software (e.g. Dimensions)
Behavioural competencies
Innovative and open to new technologies
Team player
Ambitious mind-set with bags of passion and enthusiasm for the industry and work we do
Ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a high degree of tenacity and resilience
