Zotto Ltd Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Bangalore Full Time

We are a young fintech based in Central London looking to hire an enthusiastic recent graduate with great communication skills to join our customer support team.

This is a remote job but the working hours would be on BST(British Summer Time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Management, Business, or any relevant field.
• Internships or some prior experience with customer service /admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
• Maintaining a database of customer information
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
• Checking product or service availability
• Assisting customers with registration or account creation
• Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings
• Preparing monthly reports based on the data from Finance Team
• Helping sales team with onboarding clients & KYC.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
