Zscaler Hiring for Account Executive- Expense Reimbursement at Mohali Full Time

• 
  Daily Review of Employee Expenses Submitted for Payment in comparison with the allocated limits, reaching out to Employees in case of variances and answering and resolving Employee Queries.

• Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
• Reviewing the Expenses GL and Posting the Journal Entries.
• Assisting in International Payroll Process, Calculation of the payout to be made and communicating with the Employees and Payroll agencies.
• Assisting in Month End Reconciliations.
• Assisting in documenting general and order specific terms.
• Assisting in the creation of Reports as and when needed.
• Special assignments as and when required by Head Quarters

• 
  We are looking for a recently passed out MBA/M. Com or similar courses who have a sound academic record with good aggregate marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from reputed institute within India in Finance & Accounting stream.

• Strong Analytic skills and Attention to Detail.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of staff;
• Ability to meet Deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – primarily Excel and Word
