Zscaler Hiring for Senior Account Executive- Order Processing- Rotational Shifts at Mohali Full Time

• Booking of the day-to-day Purchase Orders and doing proper Quality check-in line with the set parameters
• Periodic reconciliations across billing, POS & licensing systems
• Handling customer service activation portal for each and every deal being processed and ensuring the activation is done with atmost efficiency.
• Keeping the Contract Details updated in the billing system
• Generation of Invoice and issuance of Credit Notes (as and when required)
• Working with cross functional teams and providing them support on various aspects like contract extension, trial activation /contract management etc.
• Work with Revenue / AR /Salesforce/Deal Desk Team for providing additional details on deals where required
• Working with multiple systems like Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Avalara etc and keeping them in sync with each other
• Handling special assignments as and when given by Head Quarters/Team leaders
• Handling month close activities with accuracy alongwith meeting companies book close timeline.
• Other such incidental and ancillary tasks
• Willing to work in rotational shifts

• 1-2 years relevant experience in corporate house.
• Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or other similar streams. Industrial training during the study period would be an added advantage and such candidates shall be preferred for this role.
• Decent communication skills
• MS Office: – Good working knowledge of Excel, Word
