Your Role and Responsibilities
Learning Consultant: Manage and deliver training and development activities in accordance with organisational requirements. Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within the company
Manage the planning, design and implementation/delivery of all the learning requirements.
Overall program planning, establishes controls, monitoring of progress, coordinates program key tasks, owns stakeholder communication and business deliverables attainment.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate across the organization and other stakeholders as required to meet objectives.
Contribute to the strategic direction and development of training within the Sector/Service Line.
Conducting skills gap analyses Mapping/Managing training plans/schedules
Create reports outlining training needs with suggestions like operations and budget changes/utilisation
Determine training programs effectiveness
Adhere to training procedures to determine, deliver and track training programs.
Design customized training programs
Ensuring all records are up to date.
Undertake any other project which may be required from time to time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Oversee planning and execution of ILT events.
Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
Maintain updated database and training records.
Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Proven work experience as a Training Consultant/Training Coordinator or similar role
Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events
Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)
Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
Understanding of Talent Management and succession planning
Excellent communication skills
Solid organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple trainings at the same time
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education Master’s Degree
