About the Role and Responsibilities:

• The person should have minimum 5 to 6 years of working in news media companies as a Writer-Sub Editor.
• Will be required to write clean copies of articles in English.
• Needs to know how to read in Gujarati/Hindi so that they can translate the primary information in some cases only.
• The writer will need to themself updated in domains or Politics/Government as a part of their writing areas. Lifestyle, fashion, education and business would also be other areas the writer will need to cover.
• The candidate must be willing to travel across Gujarat and Maharashtra whenever required to cover certain necessary events relevant for stories.

The writer should also have a solid practice of sub-editing.
