Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : More than 4 years of experience in install, configure and migrate Azure, GCP and AWS IaaS and PaaS resources Hands-on experience on below cloud resources is a must Storage Accounts eg Maintaining BLOB, granting access, creating and managing file shares etc Load Balancers both App GW and Network LB, Frontdoors, Express route and S2S Virtual Network, VPN GW, Local Network Gateways and connections Redis Cache Container registries Data factories, ADL, Cosmos DB, azure synapse analytics

Technical Experience : Remote support experience of managing large/medium enterprises To be ready to work in 24×7 shifts Strong knowledge in Automation using PowerShell Scripting Carry hands-on experience in creating, managing and troubleshooting cloud resources both IaaS and PaaS Strong knowledge in understanding performance, cost optimization and governance on cloud Strong leadership, communication verbal and written, analytical, and problem-solving skills 3 Years of hands-on experience on migrating at least
