Key Responsibilities : 1 Able to create SCCM package for software and updates distribution 2 Ability to create and deploy Software Update Groups for Windows Patching 3 Able to deploy patches on Windows systems using SCCM 4 Able to deploy software packages on Windows systems using SCCM 5 Troubleshoot complex Windows Operating System issues 6 Perform patching on Windows Server systems 7 Able to carry out maintenance jobs like disk/CPU/Memory enhancement as per requirement

Technical Experience : 1 Hands-on experience in SCCM package creation/deployment 2 Troubleshooting capability on SCCM agents running across Windows devices 3 Hands-on experiences with Windows OS troubleshooting and recovery 4 Windows resource upgrade such as CPU/Disk/Memory/Page File etc 5 Excellent understanding and hands-on experience on Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 6 Basic experience on DNS/DHCP services maintenance and troubleshooting

Professional Attributes : 1 Strong verbal and written communication skills 2 Can deal with client queries

Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree
