Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : Ensure completion of RCA for all reported problems and raise RFC wherever applicable Close the problems on time -Ensure Architecture Security compliance for Server infrastructure -Ensure smooth implementation of design changes in coordination with other functions -Ensure strong change review and implementation; prevent incidents due to change -Evaluating new products and recommending the best products to the Design and Architecture Team
Technical Experience : Product/Service Specific Knowledge – Hands on and expertise knowledge on Microsoft platforms products, o Windows Server 2003 / Windows Server 2008 o Active Directory / DHCP / DNS -Working knowledge on storage -Knowledge on software deployment softwares SMS/SCCM WSUS
