Job Description:

• Must be MCP, SCCM 2012 / Current Branch Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool.
• Preparing reports & documentation as per organization’s requirement for SCCM services & activities.
• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience and 4+ years on Relevant Experience
• Should be having expert level knowledge on SCCM technology & related products especially for SCCM 2012 / SCCM Current Branch.
• Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
• Act as technical expert on SCCM platform.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise SCCM environment.
• Manage Windows OS deployments, application packaging & distribution and re-imaging at a global scale using SCCM services.
• Knowledge of Automation capabilities of SCCM using APIs & Scripting.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot OS deployment task sequences.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex problems.
• Prepare SCCM related process and technical documentation.
• Participate in Design, plan and implementation of Software Distribution, OSD & patching solutions through SCCM.
• Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations.
• Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations.
• Work with Product Lead, Regional IT Teams, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers.
• Managing & provide training to operations team (L1/L2).
• Learn and keep up to date with the latest technology products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,900,000.00 per year
