Job Description :

1.Translate very accurately all information from the customer PO/requirements in the order acknowledgement
2.Understanding the feasibility of achieving On-time delivery of goods to customer
3.Communicating to the concerned internal sales team/customer on the order status at periodic intervals
4. Customer order management
5. Orders backlog management
6. Good levels of Customer service with high, on-time deliveries (OTIF)
7. Robust and efficient logistics systems for domestic/exports with sustainable growth plans
8. Daily Scorecard management to highlight the gaps and plans to the Senior Management
9. Quick response to the customers
10. Accurate and on time monthly reports from Micro Strategy.
