Purpose of the role: De-risk financial aspect of suppliers and of over-all Techno Commercial
Key Areas of Accountability
1)Identification of Tactical spend and opportunities for cost programs
2)Supplier consolidation in Tactical areas
3)Financial De-risking w.r.t ICFR, SOX and any kind of financial reporting
4)Interlock with Direct / In-direct Tax team within Adani to identify potential risk areas w.r.t. suppliers / vendors / Partners
Qualifications
Qualifications: CA
Experience:
For Team member 2-5 years of experience post CA qualification, with hands-on in large data analytics, data mining, parsing and representation and risk identification on supply chain or Techno commercial functions
For Team Lead 7-9 years of experience post CA qualification with experience in international tax compliance, handling of tactical spend, vendor de-risking and policy formulation
