2+ years experience in program or project managementBachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience of driving programs across multiple teamsStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processesStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word management skills
Job summary
Tracking and managing programs such as goal tracking, team mechanisms and ways of working, headcount, recruiting and requisition efforts, and other adhoc project workEffectively and proactively support the Head of SP, APAC with activities including calendar management, travel, and expense reimbursementEvent coordination – this includes partnering with SP, other Talent Acquisition (TA) and business teams to set up and support All Hands meetings, external events, internal learning and presentation sessions and, team building events.Owning space planning, working with Global Real Estate and Facilities, and coordinating team moves when neededOwn organizing and executing team activities (team meeting agendas, all hands meetings, off sites, and team social events)Attending key team and stakeholder meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of deliverables and following up on outstanding itemsExperience working in a global organizationExperience providing executive support assistance at senior management level
