Job summary
Amazon’s Payroll Transformation Team is seeking an exceptionally talented, customer service obsessed, resourceful and self-motivated team coordinator. This fast-paced, highly visible role requires an individual with flexibility, strong business acumen, an eye for accuracy and ability to organise team events.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is imperative, as is a high degree of professionalism when working with professionals globally and locally both inside and outside the company.
A successful candidate will be an effective communicator both verbally and with written correspondence, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turn-around while juggling multiple critical requests, have a proven track record of effective time management, taking initiatives, and working both collaboratively and independently.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include the ability to think and plan ahead, and to manage time effectively. Other key responsibilities include:
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)Support New Hires with onboardingProduce, format, edit and collate presentationsManagement of complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations in multiple time zonesAbility to look around be proactive, anticipate needs, and areas for improvement for the teamWork closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organizationTrack and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to include meeting notes and action itemsHave fun at work and help others do the same through by scheduling social events and team activitiesCoordinate occasional global travel arrangements (cost effective air, hotel, and ground transportation and creating detailed travel itineraries), seamless meeting logistics, such as video conference and conference calls for internal and external meetingsManaging other core administrative activities
