Job Description:
Ensure distribution/maintenance of Office furniture/allotment to the departments and to keep their inventory record etc.

Ensure proper systems for theft control in Plant premises and mines area.

Prepare maintenance of all resources of Plant & Mines area.

Ensure the deployment of sanitation staff to ensure cleanliness in Plant & Mines area, Regular visits to Plant, Mines & labour colony to ensure good housekeeping.

Maintain the security in Plant & Mines.

Regular monitoring of security activities in and around the Plant & Mines area.

To supervise general fire-fighting of Plant & Mines.

Good exposure in coordinating/ organizing VIP/ VVIP visits.

Organise Rural Development activities, Eye-camp, Family welfare camp Timely implementation of CSR projects.

Number of key social projects finalized partnering with government agencies with approval.

Ensure timely Societal Satisfaction Survey Index & accordingly action to bring company image/brand.

Maintain good rapport with all external stakeholders i:e. Sarpanch, Police officials, SHO & other Gov’t officials.

Budgeting control mechanism.

Must have good knowledge of MIS & analysis.

Must have knowledge of all security practice.

Multiskilling of Security guard Roll clarity to job holder & Mentoring.

Effective communication.

Ensure compliance of SA 8000/ IMS/ISO requirement Identify and execute improvement study and kaizen.

Execute implementation plan for Strategic quality projects.

Improvement of Aditya Birla Excellence Framework/WCM criteria scores.

Internal customer rating improvement.

ISO system improvement. Statutory compliance.

Prepare/present weekly/monthly Aditya Birla Excellence Framework/WCM presentation & ensure updation of WCM activity boards.

Develop one-point lesson. Develop Model area. Create awareness in team members. Develop visual controls.

Maintain discipline during various function in Plant & Mines.

Identification of quality transport vendors and timely deployment of vehicles.

Smooth coordination & providing vehicle Coordination of VIP Visit to plant.

Timely incident analysis and submission of findings.

No. of safety observations/CFSA by self & team.

No. of mitigating measures implemented for identified fire hazards

Zero violation of road safety in Plant & Mines.

Creating awareness among security personnel about Safety, Health & Environment

Qualifications:
Master Of Social Work,Master Of Public Admin.,Diploma in HRD&M

Minimum Experience Level:
12-25 Years
