The Opportunity
We want to provide the best customer support in the business! The Technical Support Engineer Trainer role is essential to Adobe Commerce Customer Engineering success. As the primary initial contact outside of their direct manager for newly hired Adobe engineers, this role is key to the initial onboarding experience in order to achieve higher job satisfaction, performance, commitment, and retention. Focusing on the employee experience while owning, building, and delivering the onboarding process, curriculum, and curating learning material will help ensure success through high levels of engagement and growth during primary and ongoing vitality training.
What you’ll Do

• Provide organizational socialization for new Adobe employees through materials such as videos, slide decks, meetings, as well as other methods of orientation.
• Create, maintain, and deliver training content to new and existing employees
• Keep all training and material up to date with the latest updates and changes
• Connect with cross functional teams to identify new areas of training, keep published training up to date and relevant
• Work with partners to coordinate third party trainings

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of enterprise application support, process improvement and program management experience.
• Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and applications (i.e. Zendesk, Gainsight, Jira.. etc.)
• Experience supporting large geographically-distributed teams
• Excellent experience addressing direct and executive management
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Experience with Agile, Kanban and other industry standard development methodologies a plus
