Responsibilities:
Be able to efficiently translate agile story requirements and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet or exceed requestors acceptance criteria while.

Design, code, debug, document, deploy and maintain solutions in a highly efficient and effective manner

Perform administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform and associated integrations. Including but not limited to: Service Portal, Catalog, and MID server Administration.

Must be able to communicate with both written word and verbally to ensure our customers are kept informed during the development process.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables

Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles including development, documentation, testing, and training

Must be able to think outside the box to innovate and identify and suggest solutions that can be reused in the future as we mature our Service Now footprint

Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap and thought leadership

Be able to maintain compliance with development standards provided by the ServiceNow team.

Required Skills:
Previous experience with ServiceNow development or administration

Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite (including core process areas in ITSM, ITBM, Discovery, SecOps and CMDB)

Broad experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Request, CMDB

Experience creating integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using API

A passion for collaborating and coordinating with team members and industry peers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features

ServiceNow Certified Developer certification desired

Knowledge of ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Records, and Access Control Lists

Knowledge with object-oriented development concepts

Familiar with ServiceNow Script Includes and building reusable code libraries.

Familiar with proper UI Design techniques and how to Engauge an end user

Strong Experience in CSS, HTML, Bootstrap 3 framework

Experience with Automation and automated fulfillment best practices

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to stay on task and work with minimal supervision at times, while still delivering products that meet requestors deadlines.

Solid understanding of Flow Designer and ability to use it over conventual workflows

Ability to build dynamic reports using performance analytics

Familiarity with ATF and the ability to build out test plans
