1. General Duty Assistant (GDA) – 6 nos.

2. Automotive Service Technician (Two and Three Wheelers) – 4 nos.

3. Automotive Service Technician Level 4 – 2 nos.

4. AC Specialist – 4 nos.

6. Sampling Tailor – 16 nos.

7. IT Trainer – 4 nos.

8. Counsellor – 3 nos.

Qualification, Experience & Responsibilities :

1. General Duty Assistant (GDA) –

· B.Sc. Nursing – 1 year exp.

· Diploma (GNM General Nursing and Midwifery ) – 2 years exp.

· NSQF Level 4 certified – 6 years exp.

· The GDA Nursing Trainer will be responsible for ensuring educational activities essential for GDA’s (General Duty Assistant) also called as “Nursing Care Assistants”, “Nursing Assistants”, “Nursing Aides”, “Bedside Assistants”, or “Orderlies” when working in a hospital and Home environment.

2. Automotive Service Technician (Two and Three Wheelers) –

· ITI/ Diploma /B.E. (Mechanical or Automobile) from a recognized institute / ASDC Certified Trainer in Service Technician L-6

· ITI / ASDC Certification – 6 years exp.

· Diploma – 5 years exp.

· Engineering – 4 years exp.

· Person should beTraining of Trainers (TOT) certified.

· Should have working experience in Automotive Service Industry

· Working experience on latest tools and equipment used for vehicle servicing

3. Automotive Service Technician Level 4 :

· ITI/ Diploma /B.E. (Mechanical or Automobile) from a recognized institute

· ITI – 6 years exp.

· Diploma – 5 years exp.

· Engineering – 4 years exp.

· Person should beTraining of Trainers (TOT) certified.

· Should have working experience in Automotive Service Industry

· Working experience on latest tools and equipment used for vehicle servicing

4. AC Specialist

· ITI/ Diploma /B.E. (Mechanical or Air Conditioning) from a recognized institute

· Work Experience (min.) – 5 years

· Person should beTraining of Trainers (TOT) certified.

· Should have working experience in Air Conditioning Service Industry

5. Fashion Designer

· ITI/ Diploma /Graduate in Fashion Designing from a recognized institute

· Work Experience (min.) – 2 years in the field of relevant industry.

· Person should beTraining of Trainers (TOT) certified.

6. Sampling Tailor

· ITI/ Diploma /Graduate in relevant trade from a recognized institute

· 10th pass with supervisory experience in Sampling Tailor

· Certificate in relevant trade of minimum 6 months duration

· Work Experience (min.) in the field of relevant industry :

· ITI/ Diploma /Graduate – 2 years

· 10th pass – 6 years

· Certificate holder – 4 years

· Person should beTraining of Trainers (TOT) certified.

7. IT Trainer

· B.Sc. / M.Sc. Information Technology (IT)

· Bachelor / Master in Computer Application (BCA / MCA)

· Work Experience (min.) – 4 years in the field of relevant industry

· Person should beTraining of Trainers (TOT) certified.

8. Counsellor

· Any Graduate from recognised University

· Proficiency in Computer operation including typing, internet browsing etc.

· Work Experience (min.) – 3 years’ experience in JSDM / NSDC portal, Student batch entry, MIS knowledge.

Ø All the Trainers should have excellent interpersonal skills & presentation skills.

Ø Able to read, understand & interpret the written Technical Information clearly.

Ø Able to communicate & deliver Training in English, Hindi.
