Job Description:

Primary responsibility to ensure seamless testing of products at various stages across the manufacturing process viz ICT – In circuit testing, MFT – Module Functional testing, Final products Testing

• Knowledge of testers and test equipments from Keysight, Aniritsu and R&S

• Understanding of basic testing software

• Calibration of equipments

• Troubleshooting of testers for critical failure

• Analytical skills to diagnose product defects

• Setting up of Testers/Fixtures for new products introduction

• Understanding of Change management for test plan etc

• Understanding of basic electromechanical test fixtures

• Interaction with vendors for design & development of process

• People management capability to handle a team of Technicians

  Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of TL9000 Quality systems

• Tester maintenance knowledge

• Spares management

• Basic knowledge of TPM

• Experience in six sigma projects, continuous improvement projects

• Strong communication skills to interact with Global test owners located across multiple locations
