Job Responsibilities
The person will be responsible to deliver training to new hires or conduct cross-skill training
Act as a floor support to respond to queries
Do error analysis
Conduct 1-0-1 with slow learners
Be responsible for performance of the people that are assigned to them
Hold meetings with the onshore SMEs to review/update training material
Conduct monthly PKT for their respective team
Conduct Training interventions based on the errors and PKT results
Maintain reports like KT trackers, Update/Gap tracker
Experience
Minimum- 3+ years of experience
