We are Hiring for Customer Care Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
 Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
 Regular following up with the customer.
 Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
 Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
 Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
 Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
 Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
 Candidate should be Target oriented, and shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly
sales target.
 Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining
reports.
 Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

 Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
 At least 1-3 years of experience required in Tele-Sales, Telemarketer or a similar role in the sales
Department.
 Great interpersonal skills.
 Should be well versed in English and Hindi both.
 Strong organizational skills.
 Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
 Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
 Outstanding problem-solving skills.
 Hard-working individual.
 Ability to handle pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
