What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• This role will be part of the team that will be responsible for providing employees HR support in the APAC/UK region, taking over work currently handled by an outsourced provider.
• This position will also be responsible for the weekly employee onboarding activities, documentation, maintaining employee personal files.
• The team will provide support to employees by responding to employee generated cases, chat sessions and phone calls.
• The role will also provide administrative support with the Retirals Benefit vendor as well as the Onboarding activities in India.
• Liaising with the employees and the retrials benefit vendor on a regular basis.
• Providing administrative support to the employees for their Medical Hospitalization benefit and also liaison with the Benefits Vendor
• The HR Representative role will be part of a team that serves as the first point of contact for Amex GBT employees that have HR related questions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with 3+ years HR experience in one or more relevant markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident.
• Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilizing technology.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills Accuracy.
• and attention to detail Customer service focus desired.
• Experience supporting a remote employee population and/or experience working in a Shared Service environment.
• Multi-lingual with one or more languages in applicable
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities.
