APSO is into home automation and access control systems for sharing and collaborative economy. We are a part of Nasscom 10k startup initiative and also selected as IOT iconic startup by Nasscom and Government of Karnataka. We are a part of Lodha Palava accelerator in Mumbai.We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our APSO product dev team. We’re interested in a self-directed, motivated individual with a relentless drive for innovation and who is never satisfied with the status quo.About You:You are a passionate and result-driven individual who has the following:Degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Architecture or portfolio of exceptional skill1-2+ years in UX, UI, Product Design or equivalent fieldPortfolio of sample projects highlighting design for consumer-facing native mobile apps, and/or web-based applicationsHigh interest in constantly keeping up-to-date on the latest design and technology trends, best practices and competitive activityAbility to perform with ambiguity or when requirements are in fluxProven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology constraints, and business goalsWillingness to collaborate in cross-functional team environmentComfort in delivering solutions and performing tasks within agile workflowAesthetic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailExcellent organizational, time and project management skillsBusiness-minded approach to time, costs and deadlinesAPSO is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status.Responsibilities and Duties
Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.Designing graphics user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and usability.Eager to learn principles of design thinking, abstraction and UX industrializationQualifications and Skills
Proficient in creating UI/UX for web, for mobile, Marketing Brochures,Experience in Adobe Photo shop/ Adobe XD/ Wireframe MoqupProficient in web markup including HTML5 CSS3Fluency in product design toolsApplication Deadline: 26/8/2021Expected Start Date: 24/7/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR5,000.00 – INR10,000.00 per monthSchedule:
