Job Description: Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the factoryMaintain office supply inventoryRetrieve documents and files when requestedRead and route incoming mail and process outgoing mailResponsible for assisting dispatching & schedulingMaintain dispatch documents and registers related to dispatchTo maintain daily stock statementHandling incoming calls and other communications.Recording information as needed.Managing filing system. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.Helping organize and maintain office common areasPerforming general office clerk duties and errands.Maintaining office equipment as neededCreating, maintaining, and entering information into databasesPhotocopies, scans, and files appropriate documentsEnter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other informationGeneral office work & Other Administration WorkPerforms other related duties as necessary or assignedExperience : 03 – 05 Years of Relevant ExperienceQualification : Master in any fieldSkill : Strong Communication Skill, Multi-taskerJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
