We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our training institute’s team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to students, assisting them in overcoming personal, academic, and career-related challenges. This role demands a strong understanding of human behavior, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a supportive and encouraging environment for our students.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address personal, social, academic, and career issues.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment and action plans for students.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students in distress.
- Maintain confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Facilitate workshops and group activities on topics such as stress management, communication skills, career planning, and personal development.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in counseling, education, and student affairs through continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of counseling techniques and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to student care.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Fundamental Of Computer
- Experience working in a training or educational institute setting.
- Knowledge of career counseling and vocational guidance.
- Proficiency in using counseling software and technology.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
