Augmedix is also leading the revolution in leveraging point-of-care data by making connections between millions of physician-patient interactions and analyzing them to deliver actionable insights that elevate patient care.*Functional Responsibilities*Oversee and support administrative duties to ensure a smooth officeoperationManage Transportation for the night shift employeesWork alongside the transport vendor to create pick-up and drop roster, routemaps etcMaintain shift roster for all employeesMaintain pantry and office supplies, inventory management and verifypurchase receiptsEnsure all office maintenance jobs are performed well by the vendorsEnsure all facilities-related equipment is in working condition andmaintained wellSchedule office outings & meetings, assist in sending employee goodies,onboarding kits etcCoordinate with the dealers, suppliers, and vendorsReceive incoming calls and snail mail/couriersSPOC for all the vendor-related grievancesResponsible for handling the petty cash and keeping a record of expensesDesired Candidate Profile5-10 years of work experience in an office administration roleExcellent communication skillsFlexible with working hours, preferably night shiftGood interpersonal skillsExtremely organized and detail-orientedCustomer-centric solution provider & problem-solving aptitudeWillingness to go over and beyond the vested dutiesKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficient in MS OfficeExperience in setting up new offices from the start would be an added advantageAugmedix is an equal opportunity employer.
