Full Job Description
Job roles and responsibilities :
* Must perform installations of our GPS Devices in customer site
*Must perform trouble shooting of GPS devices in customer site
*Must be Travel Flexible and must be willing to travel to customer Locations and also address Escalations with Proactive approach
*Must monitor for faulty devices in customer site and must take appointments with customer for trouble shooting
* Must coordinate with customer regarding faulty devices and report to respective supervisor on daily basis
* Must have good communication skills and must be able to handle customers
* Must be good in local language and English
* Must be able to travel to any customer sites and must be flexible in working after working hours if required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,096.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
