Job description: Income: INR 19000- 70000 Location: Ecospace, Newtown, Kolkata, West Bengal 700156. Job role: Associate Business Development officer (Recruit > Activate > Develop). Age:- Minimum 18Y- 55Y Qualification:- H.S to any Higher Education. During training period company will pay you 60,000/-according to your performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately three months. Currently training will be provided via tranning classes in the office only. After completion of the training period your remuneration will be Negotiable. Job description: – Leading the Management. Building up a team of Insurance Consultant / POSP. Daily monitoring & following process for driving team through your IC / POSP. Daily reporting of Achievements. Doing Performance Review of your IC / POSP. Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
