Full Job Description
Responsible to lead the team of shift engineers, providing them with technical and managerial guidance to meet production targets on regular basis with critical focus on manufacturing costs, delivery times and quality produced. The position is also responsible to focus on continuous improvement activities for the section like 5S, TPM etc on a regular basis.
