BENE WOODEX Hiring for PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR MODULAR FURNITURE at New Delhi Full Time

We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate to join our team as Production Manager for our Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture factory at rai industrial estate sonipat.

Experience : Min 5 Years of relevant industry and atleast 3 Yrs as team lead.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division

• Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters

• Oversee all levels of team activity and performance

• Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production / quality issues

• Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance

• Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order

• Repair or replace plant equipment as needed

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all time

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture is required .

Experience in Modular Industry is essential

• Experience on Biesse / jai and other CNC Machines is essential

• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants •

Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology

• Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong leadership and managerial attributes. • Good organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
