JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Executive person will focus on patient assistance or client assistance. Work with client to create solutions for their needs. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to learn new technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors and patients in a timely and friendly manner
 Maintain privacy of patients: assure patient confidentiality at all times
 Create new patient charts
 Assist patients with completion of pre-registration forms
 Assist patients with completion of medical record
 Schedule patients for procedures, medical examinations, and consultations
 Answer telephone and relay messages

 Maintain doctor schedules/templates

 Assist or Train new front office employees
 Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
 Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
 In-depth understanding of company products, competitor products and industry
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
 Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
 Male/ female candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
