Responsibilities will include…
Facility Management -Managing end to end facility of office premises and ensuring safe work place.
Seating arrangement – Providing seating to the employees and ensuring proper hygiene in the office
Cafeteria management – Managing cafeteria and canteen. Ensuring timely delivery of Meal services. Taking appropriate action as and when required to improve quality of food services.
Lease and agreements – new Lease requirement, Validating the need for the same in coordination with procurement and city heads and legal, negotiation and closure.
Vendor Contracting & SLA
Project Management– Managing projects assigned on time to time and ensuring timely delivery of the same.
Travel Management -Catering travel requirement of the Management and leadership, arranging Hotel, flight.
Event Management -Handling in house and off-site events, Pan India monthly engagement activity.
Office maintenance and infra requirement – Upkeep of corporate office, repair and maintenance.
People Management – Working closely with different departments and helping them in getting employee engagement activity done.
Relocation Support– Supporting employees in their relocation quarries, helping HR for arranging relocation facilities.
EHS : Implementing safe work practices and ensures that the team member/Vendor meet all the safety guidelines/Requirement, Medical room upkeep and management, Pest control management.
Parking Management – Sourcing new parking spaces within the premises to ensure the proper availability of the same.
Pan India Office Management – Managing end to end offices across the country handling their office operations and coordination with the Admin SPOC/city heads to understand their requirement.
Petty Cash– Allotment of petty cash to pan India office and verifying the consolidation at the time of submission. .
