Biel Crystal (HK) Manufactory Limited Hiring for General Manager – Factory at India Full Time

• Responsible for overseeing the whole factory operation (including but not limited to Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistic, HR & Admin) and improving the operation efficiency.
• Leading Supply Chain Department to manage Production and Materials planning, ERP system enhancement, to achieve OTD and inventory turnover rate improvement.
• Ensure the safety production and the fulfillment of different quality systems

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any relevant disciplines;
• 10 years or above of working experience in Production/Quality/Supply Chain;
• Experienced in production will be highly preferred;
• Responsible, Strong Implementation Capabilities, Effective Communication Skills are required;
• Excellent Spoken and Written English/Putonghua abilities are required;
• Willing to stay in PRC for 3 months training.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹556,189.06 – ₹1,966,438.16 per year
