Full Job Description
What you’ll do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Develop and implement best practices for software development, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Set clear goals and expectations for team members and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve team processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality.
Participate in hiring and onboarding processes to ensure a strong and diverse engineering team.

What makes you a great fit:
4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and mobile applications using React, React Native, NextJS, and NodeJS.
Strong technical skills and experience with agile methodologies, software architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
