Full Job Description
Job Summary:The Secretary to the COO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for managing the COO’s schedule, arranging meetings, drafting correspondence, and providing general administrative assistance. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:Manage the COO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments, employees, and external contacts.Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.Assist with project management tasks as needed.Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant in a corporate environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Professional demeanor and positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftApplication Question(s):Our maximum budget is 30k CTC per month, confirm your current CTC?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
