Where you’ll be working:

It is India(Remote) based opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise service owners and users to elicit and document business requirements.

• Work with product manager to define user epics and stories using agile methodologies.

• Work with developers to ensure functional and nonfunctional requirements are accurately understood and implemented.

• Collaborate with other enterprise teams on UX design, quality assurance, security testing, data integration, platform support, etc.

• Define acceptance criteria for items on the product backlog to safeguard quality, security, and sustainability of the software.

• Lead the design, planning, execution, and documentation of all UAT activities.

• Drive the bug reporting, tracing, and resolution processes.

• Contribute to the technical architecture and user experience design.

• Carry out knowledge management and documentation of the software in product wiki and scrum boards.

• Assist scrum master in organizing product backlog and developer resource.

• Collaborate with architecture peers in gaining approvals for any Key Design Decisions.

• Advise and support the product manager on emerging technology, security, and service delivery.

• Handle ad-hoc data analysis, requirement gathering or process modelling on other projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, science, engineering or similar subjects requiring strong numeracy, logical thinking, abstract modelling and independent investigative and research capabilities.

• At least five years of experience working in agile teams that design and build complex enterprise software systems.

• Fluent in various business analysis methodologies for requirement gathering, process modeling and data analysis.

• Working experience in identity and directory systems, such as Savyint, CyberArk, AD, AAD, RSA, etc.

• Knowledge of the security aspects of the enterprise IT infrastructure components, including Azure and AWS cloud, Windows/Linux OS, etc.

• Understanding of enterprise IT landscape, technology operations and service management.

• Proficiency in cloud-native technology, such as containers, bastions, managed identities; etc.

• Good understanding of privacy, data protection and cybersecurity principals, enterprise system integration, authentication protocols, encryption keys, and on-prem enterprise infrastructure technologies.

• Basic understanding of TCO, ROI, CBA and vulnerability assessment and threat modelling, with sound judgement in business value and risk exposure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate virtually, effectively articulate value proposition and clearly explain complex concepts, to colleagues from all levels and background.

• Adaptiveness, resilience, self-drive and ability to multitask, operate at any level, fulfil different roles and work under pressure.

Salary: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
