Experience – 5 to 15 Yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:
Procurement and Operations of Agri Commodities and Crop Development and Sustainable Agriculture practices.

Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strategic relationships at all levels across the organization including suppliers etc.,

Manage, monitor, and ensure that all activities pertaining to the entire Procurement and Operations and Supply Chain Operations are conducted in a timely manner.

Skill Set:
Backward integration and Sustainable Sourcing

Backward Integration and Procurement of Herbals

Procuring/Scheduling of All Raw Material – Agri and Organic

Timely sourcing of production raw materials

Talking to vendors and obtaining 2/3 quotations

Preparing comparative bids for all quotation

Negotiating with all vendors to get maximum discounts on quoted prices

Preparing purchase orders in SAP/Tally and getting approval from respected Managers

Follow up with ordered vendor for material delivery on time

Submission of PSS to QC & R&D for analysis, follow-up on results

Regular co-ordination with accounts dept. on payments to import vendors

Organizing documents from new vendors for vendor code generation

Follow up with vendors & organizing all documents for vendor on boarding
