Job Title: Primary Research Associate

Location: Noida Working Days: Monday To Friday with Fixed week-off (Sat & Sun), should be flexible to work on Sat & Sun if there is a business requirement Experience: (0 – 3 Years) in BPO, KPO or similar voice related profiles.

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (APAC, EMEA, US Shift) UK – 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM/US – 06:00 PM – 04:00 AM/ APAC/EMEA – early morning shift

Job Type: Full-time

Cab Facility: Both side cab

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting telephonic (Qualitative and Quantitative) discussions/interviews with senior level executives from organizations across the globe to collect data for research analysis on varied topics.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in Business English and strong attention to detail.
• Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (Interviewing respondents over the call, Focus groups, In-Depth discussion on a particular subject etc.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
