Position Title : Production Officer Dispatch

Function: Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and deliver products and services
  

Manage Production Activities

Production Management – Manufacturing and Packing

Receive stocks from packaging floor, undertake accounting and storing; Follow up with Accounts, Sales and Planning for complete data on SAP for despatching; despatch stocks and update the stock in RG1 register with Central Excise duty details; Send stock declarations to production Planning Department for despatches; Conduct inspection for Little Hearts and allocate for checking; Conduct 100% physical verification of stocks at S&F; Conduct monthly stock physical verification and send declaration to Auditors

Conduct stock inspection, identification, stickering & stamping for shelf life for Export stock; Follow up with production and quality for proper stock identification and receipts; follow-up with planning for trucks, quality for approvals, accounts for ARE forms and invoices and oversee despatch of export stocks

IN ORDER TO ensure proper storage and timely despatch of quality goods for domestic and export sales

Ensure Material Availability

Outgoing (Primary) Logistics

Inspect platform condition, wooden angles, condition of tarpaulins, odour, cement, coal or any other foreign material contamination in trucks; oversee loading of trucks and prepare invoice IN ORDER TO ensure timely and safe transportation of finished goods

Outgoing QA Inspection

Resample rejected stock, inspect sample after rework IN ORDER TO ensure outgoing goods meet quality norms
