Job Title: Communications Trainer – IELTS Online
Purpose of job:
The responsibilities of this role include assessing processing knowledge skills during interviews, conducting training need analysis for existing staff (including new hires), developing process training material, facilitating on-the-job language coaching and assess outcomes of sessions.
Experience areas:
Minimum/Essential
Excellent in English Communication Skills.
Intermediate to expert level experience with must have Voice & accent trainer role experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
Experience of delivering improvement projects in training, related to NPS, CSAT, upselling etc.
Knowledge/ experience and understanding of Training MIS
IELTS Certified at advance level or some industry expected certification at advanced level
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Voice, E Mails & chat related)
Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
Proactive approach with focus on problem analysis & resolution
Desirable
Demonstrable experience of reacting positively to change
Experience in a KPO industry in a secured environment
Knowledge of:
Able to simultaneously manage tasks for multiple processes
Ability to adapt quickly to different IT systems
Be proficient with Microsoft office, especially excel and outlook
Have great interpersonal and communication skills
Be Versatile. A big part of the IELTS function is the willingness to help one another even though it may fall outside of the job description
Motivated, self-starter who must be eager to learn and develop as the role expands

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
(including people management and finance)
Pre hiring / support in interviews:
Helping hiring managers by interviewing candidates for language/ communication skills
Develop case studies/ modules for candidate assessment and share assessment results with hiring manager for effective decision making.
Business as Usual:
Identifying individual soft skills (especially English Language training needs) needs for all BPS functions.
Designing training modules and programmes based on individual needs.
Deliver training modules based on the identified training needs and areas of opportunities.
Keeping track of training activities and analyzing their effectiveness by measuring the trained resources performance post training delivery on Quality Monitoring/C Sat and sales-conversion.
Collaborate effectively with process trainer/Quality Analyst and the team leads to ensure co- ordinated feedback for quick progress
Managing logistical requirements for training.
Sharing feedback and coaching individuals on their areas of improvement.
Information Security and other mandatory compliances:
Read, understand and comply with the information security policies.
Raise incident / blow whistle when observe any noncompliance to information security or IELTS compliance related policies.
Ensure compliances to organisational policies like code of conduct, IT policy etc.
