Key leadership skills:

• Dynamic, motivated software test Technical Lead, with a keen interest in learning new technical skills.

• Strong domain skills in their field of expertise

• Be able to establish and maintain strong, collaborative interlocks with key stakeholders in product management, hardware design and program management teams

• Strong communication skills

Technical skills requirements:

• Expertise in end to end software development life-cycle, with a concentration on systems and solution testing. Must be able to design and develop modular, automated test-cases and scripts.

• Ability to provide Technical leadership on HPS SW programs.

• Technology areas may include

• Deep expertise in openNetworking, Storage, or server technologies, Rack integration, converged and hyper-converged infrastructure

• CPU, GPU, NPU design and architectures + strong domain expertise in vendor SDK, software stack development

• Emerging technologies(5G, AI/ML..) in Enterprise or Service provider space

• Must have a data-centric approach to SW quality tracking, monitoring and enhancements.

• Partner with product management, customer experience team, SW architect on feature requirements, design and development

Required skills/Key words:

• Strong debugging skills and experience with embedded OS development – RTOS, Linux(preferred)

• Strong analytical skills, ability to design and develop test-plans based on product requirements.

• Automation and scripting skills – Python, Javascript etc

Career Details:

• Bachelors or Master degree in EE, CS, or CE;

• More than 12 years of working experience on server /switch and storage products;

• Significant experience as software test lead
