Job Description (Only Jaipur Candidates may APPLY)

• Day to day accounting entries.
• Preparation of bank reconciliations, monthly P&L and balance sheet.
• Complete knowledge of TDS , GST (filling and reconciliation).
• Purchase & Sales Entries, Petty cash handling , Accounts Receivables & Payables.
• Finalization of Accounts, Balance Sheet.
• Candidates with excellent communication in English will be preferred.
• Coordination for bills and purchase orders.
• Managing inflow / outflow transactions of the company.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, Maintaining inventory ,supervising staff, and allocating tasks/team handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Excellent knowledge in Tally and excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Problem-solving skills & Highly detail-oriented.
