To manage FTU regulatory reporting for capital account transactions in line with FEMA checklist.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the employee will be to ensure BAU completion and the transaction and reporting’s are processed/done within FEMA guidelines.
The role demands extensive coordination with front end teams / compliance and clients for scrutiny and reporting of capital account transactions.
Requires specialized skills and expertise in hand holding capital account cross border transactions and managing other parallel processes like SDN screening and supporting MIS reporting’s to internal stakeholders as well as coordinating and reporting to the regulators.
Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of experience in a related role
FEMA Knowledge on Capital Accounts
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective analytic and presentation skills
