Should be able to write a detailed description for the images.

The content needs to be written in good language and should not have any spell or grammar errors.

They should comprehend the complex images and write about them in a simple way for the disabled person to understand by listening to the description.

This description will be read by the screen reader software when it comes to image so that the disabled (blind) person who cannot see the images, can get the information about the image through the description that the content writer writes.
