Job Summary

Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Oversees the documentation of all development activity. Trains non-technical personnel. Assists with tracking performance metrics. Provides guidance and support to other Engineers. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

• Principal Security Architect understands security concepts deeply enough to lead technologists and to adapt and explain those concepts in a language that is appropriate to the audience

• Create design for services of high complexity and risk for services or applications and to be able to identify potential issues in said design. Where issues are identified look to resolve them using defined security patterns and security principles.

• Oversee and plan the workload of the local teams

• Align with group peers on the broader goals of the international team and ensure delivery of territorial elements; but also taking ownership of cross-territory activities

• Communicate with a broad range of senior stakeholders and be responsible for defining the vision, principles and strategy for security architects

• Helping the business by taking decisions on risk and able to document and explain clearly why decision were made

Minimum requirement is basic knowledge of German.
