Roles and Responsibilities :
Job Description:
The candidate would be working for inbound Voice process where they would be required to answer incoming calls from various international customers. The candidate should have good command in English and should be able to effectively communicate with international customers. The candidate should be good at multi-tasking, juggling between calls and tools.

The candidate should be a graduate:, having excellent work experience on international voice process for customer support. International sales would be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate should have atleast 1 to 5 years of experience into International Calling .

Experience:1 to 5 years

CTC:2 LPA To 5 LPA

Education: Graduates/Undergraduates (Atleast +2)

Shift Timings:6:30 PM To 3:30 AM

Perks and Benefits :
Candidate would be working from home for next 2 to 3 months.

Once office reopens we will provide two way cab facility both pick up and drop.

Apart of salary candidates would be getting night shift allowances upto 5k for every month.

Also internet allowance upto rupees 750 every month till wfh only.
