Creative Designer

We are seeking a highly sed Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design video editing GIF creation and UI design. This role requires a selfmotivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to take ownership of design projects from concept to completion. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Design Lead collaborating closely with the team to deliver highquality and visually appealing designs that align with Kanerika s brand and objectives.

You have excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to craft compelling UI creatives visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience. Requirements

What you ll do

Following are high level responsibilities that you will own but not limited to:

Develop visually engaging and innovative designs for a variety of platforms including digital and print. Create visually stunning and engaging designs for various marketing collateral including digital ets PowerPoint decks explainer or product demo videos website ets (imagery/iconography) social media creatives infographics presentations and print materials.

Work closely with the content team to develop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written content.

Provide design istance for website development adhering to our style guide to ensure a visually appealing experience.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management and engineering to ensure consistent branding and design across all touchpoints.

Incorporating AI into design process.

Stay updated on industry trends design best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Kanerikas design ets.

What you ll bring

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design Visual Communication BFA. MFA B.Des/M.Des or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (3 years) as a Designer preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design ss and creativity across various platforms and media.
  
• Knowledge on UI design principles is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Adobe after effects) and figma is a plus.
  
• Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout composition.
  
• Experience in creating visually compelling designs for print and digital platforms including websites social media and email marketing.
  
• Strong communication ss with the ability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
  
• Excellent time management and project management ss with the ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

What you ll do Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to: Pitch in a technology services value proposition to companies in US, EMEA & India Identify the organizations (software vendors, enterprises) that are likely to be our customers via smart and innovative market research & industry intelligence Identify relevant stakeholders in prospective organizations leveraging elished tools & techniques Be part of the sales pursuits process and accelerate the process of turning the `lead into a strategic customer via market intelligence and industry research Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads.
